Good products, shipping was a bit slow
I ordered the Epic Ink Liner and a couple of Butter Glosses during a sale. The products themselves are really good for the price; the liner is super black and stays put. My main gripe was the shipping time. It took about 8 days to get to me in Arizona, which felt a little long compared to other beauty sites. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, so that was a plus. Overall, a decent experience but they could speed up delivery.

Just got my order from NYX. I got the Marshmellow Primer and a couple of those Smooth Whip Matte Lip Creams. Everything arrived quickly, like in 4 days. I love the primer, it makes my skin feel really soft. The lip creams are nice too, good colors. Happy with my stuff.
